Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to the questions homeowners ask us most.

Getting Started

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. We come to your home, talk through your goals, take measurements, and answer your questions — no cost and no obligation.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Aurora and serve homeowners anywhere within about 100 miles — including Denver, Centennial, Lakewood, Thornton, Arvada, Westminster, Parker, Castle Rock, Brighton, Boulder, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs.

Do you speak Spanish?

¡Sí! We are fully bilingual. Every step of your project — from consultation to final walkthrough — can be handled in English or Spanish.

What are your hours?

We're available Monday through Saturday, 7AM – 7PM. Call or text (720) 876-8875 anytime and we'll get back to you quickly.

Pricing & Estimates

How does your pricing work?

We use up-to-date pricing by the square foot and provide a detailed written estimate after your consultation. Every material and labor line is itemized so you know exactly where your money goes.

Will there be surprise charges?

Our goal is zero surprises. If we discover something unexpected once walls or floors are opened up (like water damage or rot), we stop, show you, and explain your options and the cost before doing any extra work.

Do you offer financing?

Payment options depend on the size and scope of your project. Ask us during your free consultation and we'll walk you through what's available.

During Your Project

How long does a bathroom remodel take?

It depends on the scope. A vanity install or tub-to-shower conversion is much quicker than a full gut remodel with custom tile. You'll receive a clear timeline with your estimate, and we keep you updated throughout.

What is a curbless shower?

A curbless (or zero-entry) shower has no step or ledge to climb over — the floor slopes gently to the drain. It looks clean and modern, makes small bathrooms feel bigger, and is ideal for aging in place. Building one correctly requires careful pan sloping and waterproofing, which is one of our specialties.

Are you licensed and insured?

We are Lead Safe Certified and fully insured. Every subcontractor we work with is background-checked and vetted for quality and communication.

What is Lead Safe Certification and why does it matter?

Homes built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint. EPA Lead Safe Certification means we're trained to contain dust, protect your family, and clean up properly when disturbing painted surfaces in older homes.

Do I need to be home while you work?

Not necessarily. Many clients give us access during work hours. We'll agree on a plan that works for you, keep the job site clean, and send regular progress updates.

Still have questions?

We're happy to help — in English or Spanish.
